Strange phone calls from similar number

The last few days I have been recieving strange phone calls from a similar number to mine that is uncanningly similar with just one digit difference. They do not talk but call incessantly and send messages asking who I am etc etc.

Any advice in dealing with this situation

Place an ad saying "Rubia super hot, 24/24, Phone number"
They'll spend so much time dealing with this that they won't call you.

I'd ignore the calls and probably change my number.
