Adelaide...Now thats a joke! Melbourne from Most Live-able City in the World two years running down to #60.

It's still number 1, not sure where they got the number 60 from.

Calgary and Adelaide are NOT two of the world's greatest cities! WTF?!

I didn't look too closely at the article or the criteria by which they choose the cities. Vancouver usually makes the top of these kinds of lists... but yeah, whoever put this together is certainly not using "cultural amenities" or "art" as a barometer.
