Sublet for April/May

Hi there,

I am subletting my room in our great house in Colegiales for April and May. The house is huge and in great condition, it has a lovely garden with parrilla, several bathrooms, WIFI, laundry, big kitchen and living etc. The barrio is super tranquilo and close to everything (Palermo is walking distance and many buses, train and 2 subway lines run by the house).

The rent is AR$1400 plus around AR$65 per month to pay the cleaning lady who comes once a week. You would be living with 1 Argentine guy and 3 extranjeras, English and Spanish are spoken in the house.

I saw your ad had many views already, but I give this a try anyway.

I am in fact looking for a temp space to live for the period you mentioned, and currently live in Collegiales already (Lacroze): indeed a great place to live.
