Summer recipes- care to share?

Avocado Gazpacho!

Throw a couple avocados, cilantro, lime or lemon juice, chili pepper, a big squeeze of orange juice, and a couple spoonfuls of yogurt or casan crema into a blender. If you can find any tomatillos they're a great addition! Puree til smooth, refrigerate for an hour, serve with diced red onion and tomato.
