Super Healthy Breakfast Anyone?

Love it, but we never have leftovers !!!!!!......4 permanently starving kids and a husband !!
You know, what's ever in the fridge..... tomatoes, cheese, some salami slices, chopped lettuce is fabulous. I'm sure you'll find something.

I sometimes make for breakfast smashed avocado, cracked pepper and fresh squeezed lemon on toast.

Also I make a simple fruit salad, although fruit contains sugar.

Breakfast muffins too, but savory, full of vegetables.
