How is that possibly going to have an effect?

Not the right targets. They need to have a long-term mass boycott paying taxes or public utilities to have any effect, but that requires balls.

A complete waste of time and will largely be ignored. If the people of this country can't even be arsed to organise another pot banging session outside the Pink House, I can hardly see them self mutilating their favourite pastime.

A better strategy would be to urge everyone to go to the supermarkets on Friday and complain about not having enough products of the "precios cuidados". Government likes to blame private businesses for causing inflation by raising prices. Followers fall for that, and think boycotting "greedy" supermarkets can make a difference.
