The usual Google Translate deal, banner is in Castellano and story will initially appear in that tongue, but wait a few seconds and it will change to English.

The story above is a bit confusing and hard to follow. Part of that is just Google Translate, and part of it is Argentine journalism, which seemingly has no respect at all for the traditional "Who, What, Where, When, Why" of good reporting.

Acts of vandalism, robbery and looting have been recorded since the last weekend in different parts of Argentina, with sources of conflict in several provinces. Mendoza, Córdoba and Neuquén first and later was the Province of Buenos Aires. There were also episodes of these characteristics in the capital of Chaco and in Bariloche (Río Negro)....
