Taking a course at UBA

I'm interested in taking a course at UBA, like a history course for instance, mainly as a way to continue to practice Spanish in addition to learning about the topic. I'm not interested in getting another degree.

Has anyone had experience taking courses like this? Any tips about how to do it? I'm thinking UBA but if anyone has done something similar at another university, could you share your experience?
