Anybody can recommend a good tattoo artist in BsAs please????
Also if you know anything about prices it would be appreciated.

There´s a tattoo store in Montañeses between Juramento and Mendoza in Belgrano.

I see them everyday because it´s on my way to work. They have a lot of customers , always tattoing people and I hear them speaking english, they may be from the US.

Please don't! Here and in most of SA they use unsterilized pen-ink containing poison metals, in most 1st world countries there is a law that you have to use sterilized and metal free ink.
