Sure, it's better to pay in cash even as many drivers prefer it

I’ve found InDrive works well. The way it works is slightly unusual, you select your destination, you can see the typical cost, and you can offer whatever you see fit.

Costanera Center Salguero will get lots of traffic from Aeroparque, I wouldn’t worry too much about getting a taxi there.

That makes me feel better. Wasn't sure, as the convention center was a bit down the road and it will be around 11 or midnight on a week night. Usually I would take a bus or walk but as it's sort of cut off from Palermo, I'm just not comfortable and it's a work even so I can't wear my running shoes in case things get dicey. haha Thank you for the reply.

No problem. In fact, I’d expect the area to be fairly busy, even late, as a lot of people go fishing off the river bank. You’re unlikely to be alone, at any time.

Uber, Cabify and Didi. Didi may be cheaper but so is the service and the vehicles. BA taxi, is just an app for taxis.

Have your considered carrying pepper spray, or bear spray?
