Can somebody give me the price that taxi cars charge between Palermo (say Alto Palermo) and Ezeiza Airport?

Thanks!

lots of posts about this ...ezeiza taxi.. is the most easy stress free choice..... yes prices have gone up...what hasnt... but take a look.. 150 pesos total--- all tolls included from cap fed to ezeiza

it is 180 pesos from ezeiza to cap fed..... I remember when it was just 60 pesos.. oh the good old days hahaha

I believe I was charged $120 pesos without traffic in April. If he "offers" you a specific price over that politely decline. Mine tried shaking my hand at 220 pesos. Luckily I know better.

PS - it´s always cheaper to go to the airport than return. Just make sure to ask if they are going to charge you the return fare to Capital Federal - something they are able to do (not double, just to the city limit).

I am going to Ezeiza and then back.

You mean they will charge me the double maybe 200+ pesos back to Capital Federal?

Just remember that negotiation is often an option if there is more supply than demand! Last week we took a taxi back from EZE (to San Telmo) for 100 pesos including tolls. Outside the sliding doors there is a yellow taxi stand on the left. When they asked if we wanted a taxi I said, "No, it's too much" and they asked how much we wanted to pay. I said $100 and they said ok. Sure, $100 isn't the $4 pesos for 2 scenic rides on the #8, but it's also not $150. My apologies if this doesn't help the OP, but perhaps upon return!

I paid 156 peso a week ago.. EZE to palermo.. not as cheap as 100, but i was tired and i guessed it had gone up since the 120 i paid a year ago so didnt seem to bad.. now i feel ripped off

Since we're on this thread, I figured I'd ask about heading out to Ezeiza on a Saturday morning (no shuttle buses run weekends, it seems) as I'm just gong out to pick up the parents and will come back, of course, in a taxi. What's the best way out there - 8 bus? Figured wont be much traffic on a Saturday AM so this might be best bet. If so, WHERE in Plaza de Mayo do you pick it up and how often does it run? Any other options? Gracias.
