Taxi between Palermo - Ezeiza

Ok, so do any taxis run the meter out to Ezeiza? If so anyone ever do it and know around how much with little to no traffic back to CF?

They never put the meter on to and from ezeiza. The prices are fixed, but With inflation they go up rapidly. As far as I know it is now from ezeiza 180$ and to ezeiza it's 140. Always check the price when you get in. Sometimes they like to cheat and charge more. And often you can make a deal and pay less.
When at ezeiza i usually try and get a taxi that has just brought people in. They are not allowed to take passengers back, so you have to act quickly. You can get really good prices then. Whatever you pay the then is extra for them.

Just to let everyone know, I too the colectivo 8 out to the airport yesterday. While, of course, it's slow (took me 1 3/4 hours to get there), stops all over the place and probably shouldn't be done during peak hours, you can pick it up all along Rivadavia and, if you have the time (bring something with you to read) and you're just going to pick someone up as I did (parents), it is well worth the 2 pesos.

Was able to negotiate a 150 peso return with a lot of baggage from the taxi stand but wasn't easy. I'm impressed with anyone who can get less.

Have somebody tried the option Constitution-Ezeiza (town) by train and then the bus for some minutes? Did it seemed dangerous? Time? Was the connection train-bus easy?

You can get the 8 along the entire length of rivadavia and avenida de mayo, you don't actually have to go to plaza de mayo. Or if you're in the center its about half the time and 20-25 pesos to take the train to El Jaguel and then a taxi from there

I've taken the train + taxi a few times. Always during the day, never seemed extraordinarily dangerous but I wouldn't dream of passing the time reading on my ipad.
