TEFL programs

Hi everybody
Im currently living in New York City, but seriously considering moving to Buenos Aires to teach english. I was hoping people on this site could give me some advice; I have a degree in English, but no teaching expereince per se. How difficult will it be to get a job at a english language institute. Is a TEFL program neccesary? If so, whats the best/ better one?Any advice would be great. Thanks

This question often comes up here, and if no one answered, it is because I think people are tired of answering the same questions. No problem, just an explanantion, you can hardly be expected to know this website insideout yet . The search funnction is this site works well (except many of the nonyanks call it TESOL) .
