Hi there,

My telecom/arnet line has been suspended because of a lapse in payment (I was out of the country).

Can someone please tell me what is the best way to reactivate my account? I've been the bill and I know there is a 30peso cargo to pay but not sure where to pay it.

Any advice?
 
I would call them 112 from your phone - if it still allows you to call. Notify them of your intention to pay (or that you have paid) and wish to be reconnected.

From any Telecom phone: 112

Or from a Non Telecom phone: 0800 888 0112

If you don't speak Spanish call into their offices: http://www.telecom.com.ar/negocios/cacs/ I would not be surprised however if they ask you to call the call centre from one of they phone within the office...

It maybe once you have told them of your desire to be reconnected just go with your bill to a Rapipago or Pagofacil and the $30 'cargo' show up on the system...??
