temporary rentals in BA and Mendoza

Just got an email from a friend who is coming down to BA, Mendoza and a trip to the Falls..with 3 other couples.

They will be here a month...late October to late November.

Any suggestions on best places to rent here...any contact websites or email addresses and also locations in Mendoza ..and the Falls...
