Ten New Studio Apartments In All Rental Building Balvanera

i bought used furniture, refrigerator, utensils bit by bit at ferias and weekend house sales. I saw a king sized bed at ba design the other day selling for 19,000+ pesos. If you need the best, you pay for it.

there are 5 buildings going up in this area. An all-rental building is rare in Buenos Aires. Just wanted to help those who are looking for a studio that doesnt need lots to fill.
 
I am another resident of Balvanera/Once. As a previous poster said, you definitely need to pick your street. You can also get great value for money when looking for accommodation.
 
6 of the 10 apts are now rented. This is the only new all-rental building in BsAs.
