I'm not sure amazing is a word I would use, but they're in the top three of fast food burgers that I've tasted. Their meat is quality, and, they claim, not frozen. (The saddest thing about Whataburger is the frozen patties.) The fries are cut in-house...again, not frozen.

That being said, I eat fast food burgers as little as possible - too many stellar burgers exist in sit-down burger joints that prepare from scratch. Three of my favorites: Casino El Camino in Austin, Chris Madrid's in San Antonio, and Bill's in San Francisco. Oh, and have to mention Burger Palace in Houston.
