Ah, when I read the post you reference I was mildly troubled by it, but also recognized it and couldn't place from where. You have just reminded me. Unnerving indeed, and not neccesarily from the poster who I suspect was trying to get a rise, but more by other posters who nodded in agreement.

Have read that they, Canada, and the UK are looking at forming an economic bloc.
