Maybe these military drills are sinister like the video suggests, I have no idea. But, it's also helpful to think about the source of the information and their motivation.
Telesur is primarily owned by the government of Venezuela along with Cuba, Nicaragua, Uruguay, and Bolivia. With the exception of Uruguay, all those nations governments don't have good relationships with the US or Argentina. Do you think a media outlet owned by governments is after truth or promoting their own self interests?
