If you use the G4 (LTE) on Verizon or AT&T in the US you will use twice the band width but I believe you are downloading at least twice as fast. Not sure but I think it's a break even. Any techy's know for sure. Also, is there any G4 in BA?

Interesting tidbit about app size, hadn't thought of that. I'm getting the 64 GB model, too many movies and music, I agree that 16 GB isn't enough. I've read that the faster CPU and GPU are just enough to handle the quadrupled pixel count of the new display. In other words, the performance feels about the same as an Ipad 2. I'm excited about reading and watching movies on the new display, plus I won't have to argue with my 3 yr old over the old one anymore ;)
