In a fairly long life so far, one of the most important things I've learned is: if you're wrong, say so.

It's simple. The reason is both moral and practical: if, from pride or fear of embarassment, you cling to untruths, you can't expect anyone to take you seriously when you're right (and I'm usually right ).

Please, Ben, tell you supervisor at the call center to explain the President that he has to ask that to a civil judge because to a Federal criminal Judge you can only ask for a sentence of non guilty, sobreseimiento in Spanish through the excepcion de falta de accion por inexistencia de delito.
