Tiping the Building Porter?

I gave mine 15,000 p and a nice box of chocolates and a Christmas card I made. He keeps the building spotless and is always happy and will help me any time I need it. He is a gem. Depending on what the value of the peso is next year, I will probably give him more.
 
I treat them as if they’re my doorman in my building in NYC. And they greatly appreciate it.

Exactly! 100 $ or €. You always need someone to take care of your place if you’re a foreigner and not live there year round!
