I have to admit, when I first heard about the LAW that required a long weekend every month of the year, I thought it was a bit silly, but it seems to be doing the country some good. Did any of you take a trip?
 
The "broken window" fallacy and its variants never die. If all these holidays are so good for the economy, why just one a month? Hell, why don't we make half of the year into holidays?
