Transfering euros to Europe...

Hi,
I wonder what is the most efficient way to transfert-wire money from my rent (converted from Pesos or Dollars into Euros ) to an European bank account or Pay Pal account ( in Euros)
any idea to avoid red tapes will be apreciated..

I have used banco piano in the past. They use money gram and charge 2% commission. I haven't found a better deal than that, but if someone knows a better way, hopefully they will chime in.
