Hi,

I just posted a new short story translation at Contemporary Argentine Writers: Sylvia Iparraguirre's "The Storm". Check it out and let me know what you think.

https://contemporaryargentinewriters.wordpress.com/…/the-s…/

In 1902, a coast guard ship arrives in Isla de los Estaods to quash a prisoner uprising at the San Juan de Salvamento penitentiary, only to find the prisoners have fled on barges and are headed for Tierra del Fuego. The coast guard vessel sets off in pursuit. Crew member Novello, however, is inadvertently left behind. He soon discovers he is not alone on Isla de los Estados.

Today's a busy day for me, but I'm eager to have a read.
