Ooh! That sounds promising. Mostly because he is thinking about the casa cerrada type setting, and our goal for our first six months there is to eat our way through all the fabulous casa cerradas already there. So we'll make a point out of checking out that wonderful sounding noodle place. Thanks!

I host occasional pop-ups/puerta cerradas in my B&B in Palermo. I have a small but well equipped professional kitchen and can seat 18 comfortably in the winter, or 30 or in summer (on the if necessary heated terrace). It's a difficult thing to make money doing unless you do it several times a week which I'm afraid you couldn't at my place, but if you want to get a name out there and introduce your cuisine then I am happy to support!
