Just wondering if anybody knows the best place to cash VISA traveller's checks?

Also, is a Charles Schwab account still the only way to get a small amount of money (500US/monthly) from the US to Argentina?

Schwab is one of many ways to use the ATMs. It may be the best way or one of the best.
