Trekking

Anyone happens to know of a good place to go trekking nearby buenos aires?

Unless you are willing to go to the Sierras in Cordoba, there is not much. There are some hills around Tandil and an area in the south of BA province called Sierra de la Ventana.

BsAs is not the best place for trekking , but I'd recommend you this site: http://excursionesargentinas.com/donde-hacer/trekking
They organize excursions, some in BsAs.

If you're a trekking fan, you shouldn't leave the country without going to El Chaltén. It's one of the best places in the world for that.
A little far for BsAs and expensive, though.

I've done most of that, I was more wondering if there was anything nearby that I could go just to get away from the city for a day.
I think there's stuff in tigre but i'm not too sure where and whether it's worth it.

La Isla Martin Garcia has a bit of waking on roads and paths. It's at least a place to find a bit of nature and quiet.
