Do I think there is fraud? Of course (the entire thing is a fraud proving meritocracy doesn't exist when these two dickheads are the best the country has to offer) but I doubt it's enough to change any outcome, and if the Gendarmes are changing votes, it probably wouldn't be in favor of Massa.
