They deserve jail for their despicable act . Maybe their jail cell can be left with a bucket of feces daily as a reminder of their hideous insult to pervian people and culture
 
Not very nice for sure, but I imagine they caused less damage than that paragon of Peruvian culture and heritage, the "huaquero"...
