By the moment I´m negociating a period till July but I´m not sure.

If I had any news I will tell you.
Anyway the rent is U$S 650 monthly all included (all taxes, all services, cleaning weekly, cable TV, WiFi, etc) I couldn´t delete the title of my post were you can red U$S 620.
The aprt has 40 m2. It´s in a new building and has new fernitures. 3 blocks fron Santa Fe Avenue.
