US passport renewal hassle

RENEWAL OF US PASSPORT/not lost or stolen
I did the renewal in DEC/JAN 2026 no problem following the instruction listed in the link below.

Last week I retrieved my renewed passport from the local DHL office. Took 4 weeks. Followed the same instructions as posted above.

Good to hear, Rich. Was the DHL agent able arrange using your credit card for the $130 payment to the US? Or must that be taken care of before?

No, you must pay at the separate gov web site. ONLY pay after you complete the DS-82 web form and print the PDF. Have you done that?
