USA not listed in 48 hours affidavit

I don’t see USA in the list of “Travel Document Issuing Country” dropdown here: https://ddjj.migraciones.gob.ar/app/home.php Aren’t travelers from USA with a US passport supposed to fill out this form and select USA from the first dropdown?

At least it is easier than looking for United Kingdom.
You never know if it or it’s nationality will be sorted under “G” “R” “I” “B” or “U”.
