Anyone have any good suggestions on how to make the best of Buenos Aires's offerings for Valentines day?

I think here in arg , valentines day has not the same meaning as in the States. For us it s just "a day for lovers" and just people in love make gifts to each other and it isnt so important for everyone. I noticed that in other countries people use to write cards and give chocolates to their friends and families, we dont do that.
