VBAC in Buenos Aires?

Hello all,

Has anyone experienced VBAC in Buenos Aires, either in a hospital or non-hospital environment?

I'd appreciate any info, suggested reading material for options here (I have some UK-specific books) and recommendations for VBAC-friendly OBGYNs or midwives.

Hi moomin, I would recommend Dr. Lodeiro who tried to help me have a VBAC. I went beyond 2 weeks overdue and had to have cesarian in the end. I also recommend the hospital, Sanatorio Trinidad in Palermo. It was much less invasive than the Otamendi where I had my firstborn and where they took him away for hours before I could hold him.
Dr. Lodeiro and his midwife encouraged me to have a home birth and I would have done so, circumstances permitting. PM me if you have any questions. I was recommended to read Spiritual Birthing by Ina May and have a copy in Spanish if you would like to borrow it. Best of luck!
