That is not a highway, is an avenue, and a pretty one,btw, especially when driving back from a nightclub on a sunday morning.
 
Who could look at the photos and not see the city?

I don't care if you call it an avenue or a highway.

It still sucks.

Monte Hermoso is a much nicer destination to be at the beach away from a city, but I doubt Lee would want to live there, either.

It also has cold water, wind, and jellyfish.

Expats don't move to Argentina for the beaches any more than they move here for the pizza.
