I've used them in the states. Pretty good service for a good price. $40/month for unlimited data, messaging and more minutes than I knew what to do with. And of course, no contract!

I'll believe it when I see it. I've heard that they are a very good company, but I don't see how they will be able to offer a better price in this country, which is anti-anything-that-is-not-from-Argentina, and that will include Virgin Mobile. I think that Cristina will scare them away long before they actually get here.

Reading the tweet it appears to be just positive speculation / PR rather than a statement of intent... Much less a plan.
