[FONT=&quot]We are a small real estate investment company located out of Dallas, Texas. We buy, sell and remodel homes. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]We are looking for a strong “lead” Personal Assistant. Must have a good attitude, be detail oriented, at least 5+ years experience as a Personal Assistant (more preferred) and VERY good English. Native English preferred. Attention expats! Must be dedicated to helping her client achieve his goals.[/FONT][FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]We need someone who has done PA work for a business owner or CEO.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Duties:[/FONT]

·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]File, check emails; update email protocol
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Send Daily Reports (schedule, company reports and reminders)
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Check Mails and forward to proper department
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Send payment to various personal memberships, subscriptions, insurance, bills, etc.
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Check voicemails and relay important messages
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Schedule meetings and travel itineraries (follow up on contacts, venue, flight details, accommodations, etc.)
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Work on special projects both business and personal.
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Check on all incoming e faxes; file , delegate and follow up
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT] Organize schedule and calendar
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT] Update Meetings and Contacts database
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Outlook Calendar: organize/schedule all my appointments in Outlook daily.

[/FONT][FONT=&quot]All work is done via Skype (paid by company), Yahoo Messenger, online company database and company email. All activity is logged into the company’s database. You are paid weekly by bank wire. You are an independent contractor.[/FONT]
