I recently found a wbesite that is for a lab (here they are called Drugerias) and yes they have walnut oil. You can google Drogueria Saporiti. Go to the spanish icon. They have more selecition. (when I did the english icon I couldn't find walnut oil anymore.)
I have a very friendly pharmacist who orders stuff for me. I just take a printout of what I want. Just remeber to include the phone number of the place. You could phone yourself and ask if you can get it. But the place is in the capital.
