That is very true, but the convenience of an instant flame and to have the asado done and ready in a short frame time even if in the process involve sacrificing the flavor, the ritual to cook the meat in a primitive, conventional, autochthonous argentinean way, it is convenient but the end result is somehow crap.

Probably that is because it's made in china, if the same is made in your country home how much it will cost?

Personally I don't like gas grills but they are very convenient and fast. I do prefer a good oak wood BBQ though.
