Could anyone recommend servicio tecnico for washing machines close to Palermo?

I had two problems in a row with mine and I start to understand what pieces to replace depending on the problem.

I suggest you call your washing machine's customer service line, most of them have an authorized repair service, they will schedule a technician visit who will assess the "damage"/repair and tell you if it can be repaired (subject to parts availability) and how much it will cost. If you are ok with it he'll proceed with the job and charge you (some will even take credit card payment in several "cuotas" (whirlpool is one)); should you opt out you just pay his visit fee (as agreed with customer service).
Before calling in, I suggest you browse mercadolibre or Garbarino, Fravega, etc. to check the prices so as to know if it's worth paying for repairs compared to a brand new appliance.

If it turns out to be the digital placa that's burnt out, I have a guy who fixes those. Was told by a tecnico that they can't fixed but this guy specialises in mending these digital placas, that was 2 years ago and it's running fine.

The drum seems to be misaligned or something is loose close to it. It makes a banging sound when on spin cycle.
