I believe the idea is for a US dollar at about Ar$ 15 for end '16. I dunno.My water bill was for $345 (about U$D 20) and all I do at home is use the bathroom toliet,sink and shower.
I'm gone all day and ,therefore eat all my meals out,I know a score of restaurants midtown where you can get a good promo lunch for max $130 .One on Esmeralda near Cordoba for only $100.That's bread,main course drink and dessert.Of corse,dinner especially if it's with wine,is a whole different story.
Public tansportation is still way cheaper than NYC,for example.Things are cheaper in Chile because of their many trade agreements which Macri is now working on and becuse the Chileans have a productivity based non-inflationary business mind set and are not trying to hedge all the time to save themselves from inflation.
Argentina manges to boost prices all the time because the popultion is way used to that modus operandi .Especially,for the "chiche bombon" people, it is not elegante to bargain over prices.
You gotta' shop around------as Litta de Lazzari used to say in the '90s,
