Web Developers Needed - I'm looking to hire contractors

Hello,
I've recently moved to BA and own Shoe Shine Design & Development (www.shoeshinedesign.com). Work is picking up quite a bit these days so I'm looking for some talented (and local) web programmers to contract with occasionally. Basic skills needed to get a reply:
- CSS and CSS3 (Sass knowledge preferred)
- HTML and HTML5
- Wordpress template programming

Advanced skills that put you above others:
- ExpressionEngine experience
- Able to write PHP (not cut and paste from others)
- Understand MySQL databases and queries
- GIT version control
- Experience with any other major CMS
