Hi David,

You can easily get a working model up and running using WordPress. I'd recommend keeping all the 'keys to the castle' regarding trusting another to control it. WordPress is a simple enough free content management system which, if used properly, fulfils many roles and shouldn't have any issue with what you're looking for it to do.

There are tons of YouTube videos on how to set it up and tweak it or alternatively you could have someone teach you how to use it.

It really is simple - but like any good website, it will need tending to be effective.
