Welcome To Top House

The kettle does have a 1 year warranty indeed, which we are looking into.
We've replaced it with an Electrolux.
The point here is the design and quality of build.
It has the 3 prongs male and female which are supposed to mate up when the kettle is placed in the holder. In theory.
In this case the bendy copper contacts in the holder weren't up to the job and so the kettle had to be at an angle to connect properly, hence the spoon
It was fun while it lasted.
hmmm, in May I got electolux espresso machine thinking it has "quality of build" . It's been in the repair shop 2 times ...wait, it's still there, 4 months after I bought it; still sitting and waiting on a part that will NEVER arrive and surely use up the rest of the warrrantee.
I think I am going to regress to a anti-electronics state. I already started doing it with my tools --japanese hand-saws ROCK!
My wifes been after me to jettison my ancient samsung sghe2115L cell phone and enter the world of smart-phones, buuuut I think I will keep my phone-so-old-no-one-would-want-to-steal-it .... or I can learn how to send smoke signals.
