I created an account at Ria and when I want to transfer money they ask me about the exact agency in which I will be transfering the money to Colonia Uruguay, I phoned several of the agencies that are on the list of ria´s locations for Colonia but they say they don´t know Ria, How could it be? Answered privately, but here you go. It's More Money Transfers that handles transfers initiated by Ria. Redpagos and others are members of the More network. You provide the confirmation and PIN....they will have no idea what Ria is.
 
I'm going to Montevideo in two weeks, was wondering how the western union pickup was.
 
Is the Western Union exchange rate very good when you send US$?
