where am i supposed to pay tax?

As a resident you should be paying taxes in Argentina. However, as you do not have a working permit you are not supposed to work in the first place, either for an Argentine or Singaporese company. So, going to the AFIP will reveal that you work without a proper working visa (they likely will charge you the tax due though..).
