Where can I leave my dog when I am on holiday?

I will be going on vacation, and need somewhere to leave my dog for 1 week. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I left my dog with a local couple, he is a vet. One of them speaks English .
I was super pleased as they treated the dog as if it was their own.On top of that I received photos every day of her activities. Highly recommended. I will pm you their details.

if you want they pick your dog up at your house and bring it back. Costs about 40pesos a day.

Just thought i'd bring this topic back up as i am currently looking for a place to leave my dog for a week. We just moved to BA and have a trip planned in a few weeks.

Aleina Dee - couldn't figure out how to PM but if you could send me the info for the place you recommend?

We're looking for a place that doesn't use kennels, that treats the dogs as their own.

If anyone has any suggestions, it'd be greatly appreciated!
