with climate change, flush floods are inevitable and it's good to know which areas of capital federal will be cut off with permanent infrastructure damage. my philippino friend said many cities there are starting to make decisions based on climate models using latest satellite data as not to waste public resources on types of infrastructure projects that would be deemed useless in the case of heavy rainfalls with the formation of new rivers/lakes or diverted streams.

is argentina doing anything about this? any info?
