Go to barrio chino in Bajo Belgrano, Arribeños street. There are a few supermarkets there, and the prices for bulk grains, flours and dried nuts and fruits are the lowest around and you have a great variety. Good luck!

Any big dietetica should carry them. You can also try on Mercado Libre for nuts. Coto sells bulk while rice, nuts and dried fruits too.

Best prices for almonds and spices in bulk is "Bombonería Royal" on Lavalle between Carlos Pellegrini (9 de Julio) y Suipacha. It's a big 100 year old candy and liquor store right on the Lavalle peatonal, they have the best and lowest prices for everything. All the way in the back of the store is the bulk section, and canned goods too, you'll be surprised at the price difference everywhere else. Last week I bought fresh almonds for $89 pesos a kilo. They don't have everything that a dietetica has, but they are very complete. If you are into junk food you´ll be in paradise going in there.
